Frank has more than twenty years of experience in the payroll processing industry encompassing all facets of the business and has had responsibility for payroll businesses ranging in size up to $750M. Frank has been extremely effective at locating, negotiating, and closing payroll acquisitions, growing sales and top line revenue while increasing margins and improving customer loyalty.
Frank started his carreer with KPMG and later honed his payroll industry knowledge at Bank America, as Regional Vice President and later at Automatic Data Processing Inc. as Senior Vice President responsible for the Western Division.
Currently Frank is actively involved with several businesses as a member of their board, executive committee, or as a consultant. His focus is to help businesses generate insight into what drives value creation and competitive advantage.
Frank has guest lectured on various business topics at University of California – Berkley’s Haas School of Business, University of California – Irvine’s Paul Merage School of Business, Claremont Graduate University, Concordia University, and Colorado State University’s College of Business.
Frank is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University.
Tad started his business career with Sears Roebuck & Co. but quickly realized he was an entrepreneur. He subsequently started an Auto Leasing and Car Rental business, and later founded a very successful professional sports and entertainment consulting company, representing major professional athletes, celebrities and entertainers.
Having satisfied his entrepreneurial spirit he joined Automatic Data Processing and embarked on a 24-year career in bank sales & marketing. In this capacity Tad was responsible for the Western Divisions Bank Sales and Marketing programs. While in this role he worked with banks in California, Arizona, Nevada, the Pacific Northwest and Texas securing partnership agreements with over 150 banks. In addition, Tad was the National Relationship executive responsible for the entire Bank of America / ADP relationship. Under Tad’s leadership the Bank America referred sales relations grew from $4M in annual payroll sales to over $21M. Tad is currently serving on several corporate, civic and community boards in the US and Japan.
Matt developed his expertise in Payroll Processing and Human Resource Management as Founder, President and CEO of SilverlinePayroll. Silverline had an impressive 5 year run earning many “fastest growing company awards” both within it’s sector and regionally. Matt sold Silverline in the fall of 2007 for a triple digit ROI to focus on consulting and corporate speaking.
Matt became fluent in the electronic transaction and payments industry while serving as Senior Vice President of Sales at Heartland Payment Systems, where he helped build a $16 billion portfolio for the nation’s largest privately owned payment processor. Matt then founded The Leading Edge Project in 2007. The Leading Edge Project is a bank consulting firm that helps community sized banks build valuable portfolios of small business clients.
Matt earned his MBA from Clemson University. He serves on the board of Hand-Held Products, a New York-based Auto Identification and Data Collection technology company. He also serves on the boards of several Colorado based non-profits, including the YMCA.
Frank is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University.
